Our warranty covers 100% of product and material, on wood surfaces that are sealed by NorthCraft Services and to begin from the date of installation/coating and to expire at the designated date

This warranty is valid for products used in standard residential applications ONLY and may not be reassigned or transferred past sixty (60) days.
This warranty does not imply moss or weeds will not grow back. We have no control over vegetation growth and do not guarantee no weeds will grow. you may need to occasionally spot treat with weed killer as needed.
NorthCraft products are not stain-proof. Care must be taken to remove all food, beverage and other spilled materials with water within twenty-four (24) hours of exposure. Stains resulting from spilled abrasive compounds of acidic or basic pH, strong solvents, oil-based paints or stains, metallic rust and other abnormal items not commonly used on a residential deck are excluded from coverage under this warranty; excluded stains include but are not limited to pet or human bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, urine or feces, and fungicides, bactericides, biocides and chemical-based plant food. Mold and mildew can settle and grow on any outdoor surface and, if not properly cleaned, can stain that surface. Staining associated with mold or mildew is not covered past the first sixty (60) days and no (NEW) top-surface mold is covered. Exposure to food and beverage spills including wine, tea, coffee, fruit punch, sodas, catsup, salad oils, barbeque sauces, mustard and other food or beverage related items. NorthCraft exterior staining products are not stain-proof. Care must be taken to remove all food, beverage and other spilled material.
Our warranty is not intended to imply that the wood surface will maintain its original color as when first applied. When NorthCraft Stain is first applied, it has a darker, moist appearance, and over time will gradually become lighter in appearance and eventually the wood surface will fade to a gray color. This “lightening” of the color will not affect the protective quality of the preservatives.
Warranty is void if the following occurs: any of the above stain items, caustic cleaners (i.e. bleach, harsh soaps, wood brighteners, wood cleaners, salt etc.) are applied to the wood surface treated by NorthCraft, if furniture on deck is dragged, pet urination on wood surfaces treated by NorthCraft, and common wear patterns.

Failure to follow any restrictions or warnings supplied by NorthCraft shall make the Warranty null and void and of no further effect. Warrantor reserves the right to investigate any claim and to inspect the materials for which a claim is made.
